Cases sumbission

Should you have a case you would like to discuss with a group of ESCAD experts because of an unusual complication or resistance to previously performed treatments, or simply because you do not know how to treat, please join us!

Prepare a 5 minute presentation and SEND IT TO to ESCAD: the Scientific committee will select the best 3 cases and inform you if yours is one of them.

Please consider 2 options

A. PRESENTATION OF A CASE YOU ALREADY TREATED
  1. Select up to three sharp images of the case you would like to present to be included in your PPT (pre-treatment, early post-treatment, late post-treatment)

  2. Prepare a PPT presentation of max 6 slides- title slide excluded

  • Your title slide should include your name, qualifications, and affiliations along with the clinical diagnosis of the case you would like to present

  • First slide: pre-treatment clinical image with a brief clinical history

  • Second slide: list of treatment(s) proposed or performed

  • Third slide: brief step-by-step treatment(s) description and details including early and late post-treatment skin care prescribed

  • Fourth slide: Early post-treatment clinical image with patient comments recorded during and after the treatment(s)

  • Fifth slide: Late post-treatment clinical image with your comments

  • Sixth slide: your proposed strategies to improve the clinical situation

B. PRESENTATION OF A CASE YOU HAVE NOT TREATED AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO DO IT PROPERELY
  1.  Select up to three sharp images of the case you would like to present to be included in your PPT (pre-treatment – different angles and magnifications)

  2. Prepare a PPT presentation of max 6 slides – title slide excluded

  • Your title slide should include your name, qualifications, and affiliations along with the clinical diagnosis of the case you would like to present

  • First slide: brief clinical history along with medications and concomitant diseases

  • Second slide: your clinical perception along with differential diagnosis

  • Third slide: proposed further diagnostic steps, if any, along with proposed treatment(s)

  • Fourth slide: your personal description of the steps you would like to follow for the treatment(s)

  • Fifth slide: Post-treatment skin care regime (early-intermediate-late)

  • Sixth slide: your final comments
